David Ashley is an Associate in the firm’s Charleston office. His practice focuses on all areas of general litigation including personal injury defense, insurance litigation, and construction litigation.

David graduated from the College of Charleston where he received degrees in Political Science and Psychology and earned memberships in the Political Science and Psychology honor societies. David received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was the recipient of the CALI Awards for Excellence in Constitutional Law and Statutory Interpretation.

Prior to law school, David was an Investment Advisor specializing in asset protection through various insurance and investment products.

David volunteers in multiple capacities with underprivileged youth programs with a focus on career development projects.
